The cost of this year’s program will increase to $495 per person, but this year’s cost includes a TWO-night stay at the Virginia Crossings Hotel and Conference Center in Richmond, Virginia; both Friday and Saturday night.

The program package includes coach bus transportation, conference materials, speakers’ and tour guides’ honorariums, Friday and Saturday evening lodging at the Virginia Crossings Hotel and Conference Center, the banquet meals on Friday and Saturday evenings, and a lunch Saturday on the Cold Harbor Battlefield. The only items not included are the Virginia Crossings Hotel breakfast buffet and lunch on Sunday. The registration deadline is May 17, 2019.

As in the past, alumni may reserve their space in the program with a non-refundable deposit of $50.00 per person, due by February 11, 2019; the remaining balance due by May 17, 2019. Alumni will receive a brochure in the future, providing the details of the program.
