The cost of this year’s program will remain the same as in the past, $395 per person. This will include bus transportation, conference materials, entrance fees, speakers’ honorariums, Saturday evening lodging at the Virginia Crossings Hotel and Conference Center in Richmond , the banquet meal on Friday evening and the buffet dinner at the Virginia Crossings Hotel, as well as lunch Saturday afternoon. Lunch on Sunday is not included.

You will be required TO MAKE YOUR OWN RESERVATIONS AND PAY YOUR OWN BILL for the evening of FRIDAY, JUNE 11th, IN HARRISONBURG. Hotel reservations may be made by calling the Sleep Inn, 1891 Evelyn Bird Avenue 540-433-7100 and request the “Civil War Institute Room Block.” The cost is $79.00 a night plus 12.3% tax. The cut-off date for the reduced rate is June 1st, 2021.

As in the past, alumni may reserve their space in the program with a non-refundable deposit of $50.00 per person payable by February 19, 2021 give; the balance is due by May 18, 2021. Mail the attached registration form and payment addressed to: CWI 2021, 800 S Main Street, MSC 0003, Harrisonburg, VA 22807. You will receive a brochure in the future, providing the details of the program.
